Mick Kelly's Catering is honored to have Executive Chef Richard Maglietto at the helm to assist you in creating the menu that's just right for your special occasion.

Chef Richard has 45 years experience in the kitchen and is the the winner of 24 gold medals in national culinary competitions. He has extensive training in Tornino and Florence, Italy, mastering the art of baking and sugar work.

Chef Richard is a Certified Chef through New York's prestigious Culunary Institute of America, and was also the former president of the NY Chef's Association.
